Cancellation/No-Show Policy

- Last minute cancellations (same day/day before) will result in a charge of up to 50% of service cost or total loss of deposit. No exceptions

- If card on file declines cancellation fee, client must pay remaining balance before being able to book again.

- No-call, no-show may result in a fee of up to 100% of the service cost or total loss of deposit. Client may be unable to book again.

- Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. If given more than day notice, you can use your deposit for one reschedule; beyond that a new deposit will be needed.

Late Policy

We understand things can happen! Please notify us if you are running late.

15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and result in a fee of up to 50% of appointment cost or total loss of deposit.

15 minutes meaning you are in the salon, ready to go at the 15 minute mark, not parking your car at 15 minutes. Thank you!

AFTER HOURS POLICY:

Appointments scheduled after hours are subject to an additional fee of $25-$50 depending on what type of service is being booked. Larger, longer appointments result in a higher fee.
